摘　　要：推崇人文素质教育是奥林匹克运动的重要内容,奥林匹克运动对大学生的参与意识、奋斗精神、竞争精神、公平公正行为以及团结友谊精神的形成有重要作用和影响。奥林匹克运动推崇和谐、全面发展的理念,是其人文素质教育内容的核心所在,她所宣扬和传播的精神与文化已经远远超越了体育本身,是一种人生哲学,其所追求的思想境界是至上的,其可以作为大学生素质教育的主要内容。To promote humanistic quality education is an important content of Olympic movement and Olympic movement plays an important role in forming university students＇ consciousness of participation, fighting spirit, the spirit of competition, fair and just behavior and spirit of unity and friendship. Olympic movement praises highly the idea of harmonious and comprehensive development, which is also the core of humanity quality education content. The spirit and culture that Olympic movement advocates and spreads have reached far beyond sports itself to the extent of being a life philosophy. The thought realm it pursues is supreme, so it can be used as the main content of university students＇ quality education.
