摘  要:本文旨在研究波长625nm的LED红光预照射对肘关节特定肌群等速肌力的影响及运动性疲劳恢复的情况。选20名网球专项的运动员,肘关节先后接受空白照射和LED红光照射,作自身对照,然后完成肘关节的等速肌力测试,并测血乳酸和肌酸激酶CK值。结果发现光照组肘关节伸肌群峰力矩值及平均峰力矩值显著下降;而屈肌群的峰力矩值及平均峰力矩值无明显变化;两组伸屈肌群疲劳率亦无差异。血液学指标显示,光照组血乳酸浓度在运动后即刻和运动后3分钟下降明显;肌酸激酶CK值也显著下降。结果表明LED红光照射能够显著降低肘关节伸肌群肌力,但对屈肌群肌力无明显影响。虽然等速肌力测试红光照射对肌群疲劳率无明显影响,但血液学指标显示红光照射能够促进运动疲劳的恢复。The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of wavelength of 625 nm LED red light irradiation on isokinetic muscle strength of particular muscle group of elbow and the recovery of sports fatigue. Selecting 20 tennis players whose elbows are exposed to blank and LED red light irradiation, the paper conducts a self - reflection, completes elbow isokinetic muscle strength test, and measures blood lactic acid and creatine kinase (CK value). Results find that peak torque and average peak torque of elbow extensor of light group decrease significantly; while those of flexor demonstrate no obvious change; fatigue rate of the two groups' extensor and flexor displays no difference. Hematology indexes suggest that blood lactic acid concentration of light group decreases significantly inwnediately and 3 minutes after exercise; creatine kinase (CK value ) also drops significantly. Results show that LED red light irradiation can significantly reduce muscle strength of elbow extensor group, but it has no obvious effect on flexor muscle strength. Although isokinetic muscle testing red irradiation has no obvious effect on the rate of muscle fatigue, yet hematoloy indexes show that red light irradiation can promote the recovery of sports fatigue.
