长沙市退休教师健身活动现状分析

摘　　要：本文以长沙市退休教师为调查对象,以其健身活动现状为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查、访谈法和数理统计法对长沙市退休教师参与健身活动现状进行调查分析,得出:长沙市退休教师参与健身活动内容以强度低,持续时间长的项目为主,健身场所的选择主要考虑的是距离,健身频率和时长的控制比较规律,指出存在的问题,并提出相应建议与对策,以推动退休教师健身活动的健康发展。Taking retired teachers in Changsha as its investigation object and the situation of their fitness activities as its research object, the paper conducts investigation and analysis on the current situation of fitness activities by retired teachers in Changsba with methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics. The paper concludes that retired teachers＇ fitness activities have following features： engaging in programs of low intensity in content and long duration of time; distance is a major concern in choosing fitness sites; regular control of exercise frequency and time duration. The paper also pints out existing problems and comes up with corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to promote healthy development of fitness activities by retired teachers.
