广东省体育系统从业人员情况配置分析

摘　　要：结合广东省2007—2012体育系统从业人员情况统计数据,以世界最高比赛获金牌情况和运动健将发展人数统计数据为参考列,采用灰色关联度模型对其人员影响因素进行比较分析,得出各影响因素对参考列的关联度,结论表明广东省体育系统从业人员结构需要重视科研人员和医务人员的重要作用。By combining the statistical data of personnel staffing in sports system in Guangdong province from 2007 to 2012, the paper takes medals that were won in world top competitions and population statistics of developing outstanding athletes as its reference column and conducts analysis on the influencing factors of personnel with grey relational model. The paper finds out the relation among influencing factors and reference column and its conclusion shows that staffing structure of sports system of Guangdong province needs to pay attention to the important role of scientific research personnel and medical personnel.
