云南省文山州16家县级医疗保健机构医院出生缺陷监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的开展出生缺陷监测,掌握文山州严重、高发出生缺陷的发生率变化趋势,为病因学提供线索,为制定和评价预防措施提供依据。方法在全州8个县(市)16家县级医疗保健机构中开展出生缺陷监测工作,其中含2个国家级监测点。收集2013年、2014年监测相关数据资料进行分析。结果文山州出生缺陷监测工作质量有待提高,城镇发生率高于农村,男性高于女性,多指(趾)、先天性心脏病、马蹄足内翻、唇腭裂发生率较高,孕母年龄<20岁或>35岁出现增高趋势。孕母在孕早期有致胎儿畸形的相关风险因素所占比例较高。结论文山州出生缺陷发生率逐年增高,监测质量有待加强。Objective To understand the trend of birth defects high incidence through carrying out birth defects monitoring,in order to provide etiological clues and basis of formulating and evaluating preventive measures. Methods Birth defects monitoring work was carried out in 16 medical and health institutions with county level,8 counties（ cities） in Wenshan sate,2 county medical and health institutions were contained into national monitoring stations. Monitoring data during 2013 and 2014 were collected and analyzed.Results The quality of birth defects monitoring need to be improved,the incidence of birth defects in urban was higher than that in rural,and male had higher incidence than female. The incidence of polydactyly,congenital heart disease,equinovarus,cleft lip and palate were high,pregnant woman which aged less 20 or more than 35 years old appeared increased trend. Related risk factors of fetal abnormalities in early pregnancy had higher proportion. Conclusion The quality of birth defects monitoring in Wenshan sate need to be improved.
