摘　　要：为了探讨10％吡喹酮注射液对山羊脑多头蚴病的临床治疗效果，我们采用10％吡喹酮注射液按每千克体重30、50、70mg三个剂量对5组14只患脑多头蚴病的山羊进行注射治疗，并在注射后每10d进行一次跟踪观察。结果表明：10％吡喹酮注射液按50、70mg／kg剂量每日注射1次、连用2日的用药方案对山羊脑多头蚴病的治疗效果明显，且在用药后30-40日痊愈，治愈率达100％。To observe the efficacy of goats infected with coenurosis cerebralis by using 10% praziquantel injection. 14 goats infected with coenurosis cerebralis were divided into 5 groups. Different dose of 10% praziquantel injection（30, 50, 70mg/kg） were injected into these goats, respectively. The result showed that treatment of 50mg/kg and 70mg/kg dose that injected with once a day for two days had got the best efficacy, the sick goats were cured in 30 to 40 days and the cure rate was 100%.
