摘 要:采用水热晶化法制备了Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3储氧材料,详细考察了制备过程中水热时间和温度对储氧材料结构和性能的影响。X射线衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸附、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和热重分析技术(TG)表征结果表明,当水热温度为100℃,水热时间为12 h时,制备的Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3材料具有优异的结构性能、织构性能、还原性能和储氧性能。分别以较优水热条件下制备的Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3储氧材料和商用的铈锆铝储氧材料为载体,制备Pd/Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3催化剂,考察了其对汽车尾气中碳氢化合物的催化转化能力。The CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3 oxygen storage material was prepared by hydrothermal crystallization method. The influence of hydrothermal crystallization time and temperature on structure and performance of the materials was in- vestigated in detail. The results of X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption, HE temperature-programmed reduction and thermogravimetry showed that the material prepared by hydrothermal crystallization conditions at 100 ℃ for 12 h owned excellent structure properties, textural properties, reduction performance and oxygen storage capacity. The Pd/ CeO2 -ZrO2-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared with the CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3 fabricated under the optimal hydrothermal crystallization conditions and commercial CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3, respectively. Then, the catalytic performance of C3H6, C3H8 and CH4 elimination in a simulative automobile exhaust gas over the Pd/CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3 catalysts were studied.
