摘 要:采用有限元热-力直接耦合的方法,通过加载第一、三类热边界条件以及力、位移边界条件对转子进行数值模拟,得出了两转子温度场分布和变形情况。结果表明,转子径向变形在各级之间是不同的。因此本文对泵腔内间隙做出了详尽的要求,并进行了计算。计算结果为双螺杆真空泵腔内间隙的确定提供了理论依据。The deformation inside the chamber of screw vacuum pump during operation was calculated by means of ANSYS software. The temperature distributions and deformations of the rotors were obtained by coupling heat and force boundary conditions directly. Both the axial and radial deformations between rotors in several important cross-sections were given, and so are the clearances between rotor and chamber. The calculation results indicate that due to its complex geometrical construction, the deformations of the rotors are very complicated and change in different cross-section. Therefore, the clearances between the two rotors and the clearances between the rotor and chamber must be changed correspondingly according to the deformation to avoid rotor stuck.
