摘　　要：目的通过构建一种特殊环境下的创伤模拟手术训练系统,为卫勤队员提供贴近实战的手术训练和考核平台,以此提高实战救治水平。方法通过Sim Man仿真模拟人,现场模拟战争或灾害环境下容易出现的紧急手术伤情,并在手术处置过程中设置救治现场可能出现的各种病情变化,融入红蓝对抗实兵演练理念,训练卫勤队员开展急救手术的能力和现场处置的应变能力。结果在执行卫勤演练及高原卫勤保障联演联训任务中,卫勤队员使用该系统进行手术模拟训练,取得较好的训练效果。结论该系统的构建与应用,能提高卫勤队员手术救治训练的有效性和系统性,从而有利于提高卫勤"实战化"救治能力。Objective To establish a trauma surgery simulation training system in the special environ- ment, and provide a practical operation and examination platform, so as to improve the battlefield aid capacity of the staff in military health service team. Methods Using SimMan dummy to simulate emergency surgery injury under the war or disaster prone, and setting the treatment site in the process of surgical treatment of all kinds of condition changes. The concepts of red blue against real soldiers drill were also adopted to improve the ability of emer- gency surgery and disposal site strain capacity. Results In the execution service drill and combined training of plateau medical support, staff of military health service team used the simulation system to train and the actual test. The system show good training effects. Conclusion The construction and application of the system could improve the effectiveness and systematicness of surgical treatment skills training for the medical staff, which could improve the actual combat treatment ability of military medical personnel.
