摘　　要：引入web 2.0理念和技术,综合应用.net framework 4.0、JQuery框架和Flex富客户端等技术,优化设计完成医药卫生科技查新web服务系统,系统提供在线智能委托、在线签订电子合同、在线支付、在线交流等一体化web服务,满足日益增长的科技查新需求,实现信息资源的共享互动。The philosophy of Web 2.0, . net framework 4.0, JQuery framework, and Flex Rich-Client technique were introduced to optimize the medical and health sci -tech novelty search online service system. The new system can provide high quality service of intelligent commissioning, electronic contract, online payment and online communication, which increased the novelty search customers＇ demands and achieved the information resources share and mutual activity.
