摘　　要：目的解决常规办公软件和直接购买软件公司现有的科研管理系统,不能满足科研管理的需求。方法基于浏览器/服务器模式结构由科研处按照本院即行的科研管理模式,设计科研学术管理系统框架、信息资源部技术人员编写程序,设计实现"本土化"的科研学术管理系统。结果降低临床医师的学习成本,使得该系统在本院的推行顺利。结论自主设计开发的科研学术管理系统有利于医院科研管理的发展。Objective To solve the problem of general office software and existing scientific research management system of software company which can＇t meet the current needs of scientific research management. Method In accordance with the existing management model of scientific research, we designed scientific research and academic management system framework. The technical personnel of information resource department wrote program based on B/S structure, which realized the ＂localization＂ of scientific research and academic management system. Result The system reduces the learning cost of the clinical physicians, which makes the implementation of the system in our hospital much easier. Conclusion Independent development of scientific research management system is conducive to the development of the scientific research management methods in hospital.
