摘　　要：目的探讨临床科室信息化建设对科室精细化管理的推动作用。方法深入分析临床科室精细化管理的内涵和基于信息系统的精细化管理模式,总结促进精细化管理的科室信息化建设实践。结论临床科室信息系统应用的优势在于"两高三有利"。"两高"即高质量、高效率;"三有利"即有利于科研、有利于教学和有利于资源共享。结果临床科室信息化建设能够推动科室精细化管理,是实现科室管理规范化、自动化、实时化和定量化的重要手段。Objective To explore the promotion effect of information construction on the refined management of clinical departments. Methods Analyzing the connotation of refined management of clinical department. Discussing the management mode of refined management based on information system. Summarizing the practice of information construction for the promotion of refined management. Results The advantages of clinical departments for information system were two high and three benefits, which included high quality and high efficiency, benefits for scientific research, teaching and resource sharing. Conclusion Information construction of clinical departments can promote the refined management, which is the important measure to realize the standard, automation, real -time and quantitative management of the clinical departments.
