摘　　要：运用SWOT分析理论对联勤某分部医院机动卫勤分队建设面临的内部和外部形势进行综合分析,认清自身优势与劣势,明确外部机会与挑战,在结合分部医院机动卫勤分队建设实际的基础上,提出建设发展对策。The authors made a SWOT analysis on the military mobile health service team of certain hospital in certain branch joint logistics department, which included the general analysis of internal and external condition, recognizing their own advantages and disadvantages, clarifying the external opportunity and challenge. Some sug- gestions were also put forward combining with the actual construction of military mobile health service team.
