摘　　要：某军医大学附属医院在为部队服务工作中,坚持以"转型发展"理念为指导,以"姓军为兵、姓军为战"为宗旨,从"机制、流程、服务、问题导向"上进行管理创新,为部队服务工作能力显著提升。During the work of serving the army, our hospital insists the idea of Transitional Development, the orientation of Serving the Army and Serving the War, and innovates our management from the aspects of mechanism, procedure, service andPOMD. By this way, our capacity for serving the army has been improved significantly.
