亲情服务对健康体检满意度的影响调查

摘　　要：目的在健康体检中实施亲情服务,提高体检人员对体检中心工作人员的满意度。方法更新观念、完善环境、精化流程,体检前、中、后提供亲情服务。结果比较实施亲情服务前后参加体检的4 000名体检者满意度,实施后体检满意度有较大的提升(P<0.01)。结论实施亲情护理服务,对提高体检者满意度和医院影响力有较好的效果。Objective Implementing family -style service in health physical examination to improve satis- faction of the physical examination people to the medical staff in the physical examination center. Methods Renewing the ideas, improving the environment, refining the process, providing family - style service during the whole process of physical examination. Results The comparison of 4 000 volunteers show a big improvement in satisfaction after the implementation of family - style service （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The implementation of family - style service achieved good effects in improving the satisfaction of the patients and the hospital influence power.
