健康管理干预在特种部队军事训练伤中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的通过收集整理某特种作战部队往年驻训期间训练伤统计资料,分析训练伤影响因素,针对性地制定健康管理干预措施,并尝试性地指导特种部队各项训练,以期提高特种部队的训练水平,科学合理地减少卫生经费的开支。方法整理某特种部队2013年野外驻训期间训练伤资料,进行统计分析、归纳总结,针对训练伤发生原因制定健康管理干预措施,将干预措施应用到该特种部队2014年野外驻训中,统计驻训期间训练伤发生情况,结果与2013年比较。结果经过健康管理干预措施,2014年该部队军事训练伤发病率明显降低。结论通过针对性的健康管理干预措施指导特种部队军事训练,能明显降低军事训练伤发病率。期望在不断摸索中制定成型的健康管理模式,应用到军事训练中,节约医疗资源,减少卫生经费的开支,有效巩固和提升部队战斗力。Objective By collecting the statistical data of military training injury in some special troops during field training last years, to analyze the influencing factors, and formulate intervention strategies, as well as guiding the training of special forces. It aims to improve the training of the special troops and reduce the spending on health funds scientifically. Methods We sorted out and analyzed the statistical dates during the field training in 2013, then formulated intervention strategies concerning military training injury. In 2014, we applied the strategies to field training, compared the results of military training injury with that in 2013. Results After health management interventions, the incidence rate in 2014 decreased obviously. Conclusion The health management intervention strategies can significantly reduce the incidence rate of military training injury. We expect to form regular pattern in persistent exploration. The health management pattern should be expected to apply in military training in order to save medical resources, reduce the expenditure on health funds, consolidate and enhance battle effectiveness effectively.
