实战化救护技能模拟训练的做法与体会

摘　　要：针对卫勤训练中存在的脱离实战,军队护理人员缺乏卫勤实战经验、救护技能不能适应战场的复杂性,战伤的多样性等问题,在卫勤训练中构建战场急救、转运后送到野战医疗所、野战医院战术救护阶梯、特殊环境作战下的伤病救护等实战化训练场景,较好地解决传统卫勤训练中训练内容与实战环境分离的问题,使护理人员救护技能模拟训练更贴近实战,从而保证在战时条件及环境下战创伤的救护质量。There are some problems existing in military health service training to date, such as out of combat, lack of combat experience, and the battlefield rescue skills could not update according to the complexity and diversity of war status. To overcome these shortcomings, some measures were employed in the military health service training such as battlefield first aid, transportation to the field medical station, field hospital ladder rescue tactics and rescue operations under special circumstances, in order to bridge the isolation between conventional medical service training and combat environmental. Finally, the rescue skills of paramedics were closer to actual combat, thereby improving the quality of war trauma under wartime conditions.
