摘　　要：创建研究型医院是推动医学科技创新进步、加快全面建设现代后勤的内在要求;面对全军创建研究型医院的机遇和挑战,本文结合创建研究型医院工作实际,探讨实践以创新发展、政策法规和职责使命为关键要素,持续提升医院的核心竞争力、内涵质量和保障效能建设。Establishing research - oriented hospitals is the internal requirements of promoting innovations of medical science and technology and speeding up the construction of modern logistics. Facing with the opportunities and challenges of constructing military research - oriented hospitals, the article practically explored the key elements of innovation and development, rules and regulations, and duties and responsibilities, and discussed the practice of continuously improving the core competence, connotative quality and sustainment efficiency for the military hospitals.
