摘　　要：本文结合某军队医院实际,通过借鉴全军医疗单位先进经验,找差距、补短板,探讨新形势下医德医风建设在医院健康发展中的实践,推进医院步入健康发展的轨道。The author analyzed the gap and repaired the weakness drawing on the advanced experience of military medical units. Combining with the reality of the hospital the author discussed the practice of medical ethics in the healthy development of hospital under the new situation, so as to promote the hospital entered the track of healthy development.
