摘　　要：创建研究型疗养院是实现疗养院管理创新、科学发展的重要途径,是时代赋予疗养院建设的历史重任。本院立足自身实践,从理清创建研究型疗养院的理念路径入手,准确把握研究型疗养院的建设重点,探索研究型疗养院建设路径,目的是建立研究型疗养院工作模式,提高疗养保障效能。It is building research -oriented sanatorium that is an important approach to achieve management innovation and scientific development, is also a massive task of sanatorium construction. Based on our own conditions and practice, the article started from clarifying the concept and the path scientifically of creating research - oriented sanatorium, then recognized correctly the emphasis of the construction, and actively explored the construction path of the research - oriented sanatorium. The purpose was to establish a work mode of the research - oriented sanatorium, and improve the support effectiveness of the sanatofium.
