摘　　要：电力通信网投资项目之间往往存在一定的激励作用,而目前的研究很少涉及项目间关系及其对投资组合的影响。由此,本文引入现代投资组合理论,创造性地加入项目间的加权效应,设计一个电力通信网项目投资规划的优化模型,解决在有限投资资金约束下,对待选项目进行优化组合的问题,从而创造合理优化的投资效益,实现电网的全面协调可持续发展。There are certain incentive effects between the projects of power communication network, while the current study rarely involves the relationships and effects between projects. The paper introduces modern portfolio theory, adds the weighted effect between projects, and designs an optimization model for power communication network. It resolves the optimal combination of the projects under the constraint of the limited investment capital, creates a reasonable investment returns, and achieves comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the power grid.
