摘　　要：从决定可持续创业成败的关键问题着手,聚焦于可持续创业机会研究。在对一般创业机会的产生、识别和开发3个方面进行梳理的基础上,系统阐述了可持续创业机会产生的经济学论证,归纳了制度学视角下的可持续创业机会识别;论述了企业开发可持续创业机会的切入点。此外,提出了该领域目前的研究缺陷并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。In recent years, as one of the emerging cross fields focusing on the social, economic and environmental triple targets, sustainable entrepreneurship research has received the attention of the academia. This article starts from the key problem that could decide the survival of sustainable entre- preneurship, sustainable entrepreneurial opportunity study. On the ground of summarizing literature about entrepreneurial opportunity formation, recognition and development, we systematically elabora- ted the economic reasoning of sustainable entrepreneurial opportunity generation, summarized sustain- able entrepreneurial opportunity identification under the perspective of institutional theory, and dis- cussed the entry point of enterprise sustainable entrepreneurial opportunity development; Finally, we put forward the defects of the present research and the future research direction in this field.
