摘　　要：传统中医证候诊断技术缺乏客观指标的问题是阻碍中医走向现代化、国际化的原因之一。随着后基因组时代的到来,蛋白质组学的兴起及其广泛应用为证候的研究提供了新的切入点。表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(SELDI—TOF—MS)作为蛋白质组学中的一种新型技术具有其特有的优势,近年来也被国内学者应用到中医临床证候研究中。One of the reasons that hindering the Chinese medicine being modernization and internationalization is the lack of objective indexes of Zheng in traditional Chinese medicine. With the advent of post - genomic era, the increasing and wide application of proteomics provides the research of Zheng with the new breakthrough point. As a new technique of proteomics ,surface - enhanced laser desorption/ionization - time of flight - mass spectrometry （ SELDI - TOF - MS） has its special advantages and has been used to research Zheng in clinical Chinese medicine by domestic scholars in recent years.
