三七及其活性成分防治肾脏病的研究进展

摘　　要：三七,作为一种传统的中药材,广泛应用于心血管系统、消化系统、泌尿系统、神经系统等疾病的治疗。三七有多种活性成分,包括三七总皂苷、人参皂苷、三七皂苷等。三七及其活性成分已被证实具有抗脑缺血、抗心律失常、抗血小板聚集和血栓形成、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗动脉粥样硬化,改善血流动力学、调节血脂等作用。近来研究表明,三七及其活性成分可通过抗氧化应激、抗纤维化等途径在糖尿病肾病、急性肾损伤、慢性肾功能衰竭等肾脏病的防治中发挥作用。三七及其活性成分在肾脏病防治方面具有广阔前景。Panaxnotoginseng, a traditional Chinese medicine, has been widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular system,digestive system, urinary system, nervous system diseases. There are several active ingredients in panaxnotoginseng including panax notognseng saponins, ginsenoside, notoginsenoside, ect. Panaxnotoginseng and its active ingredients have the effects of anti - cerebral ischemia, anti - arrhythmia, anti - platelet aggregation and thrombosis, antioxidation, anti -tumor, anti- atherosclerosis,improving hemodynamics and regulating blood lipid, etc. Recent researches have demonstrated that panaxnotoginseng and its active ingredients play a role in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, acute kidney injury, chronic renal failure and other kidney diseases through the way of antioxidative stress, antifibrosis and so on. Panaxnotoginseng and its active ingredients have broad prospects in the prevention and treatment of kidney diseases.
