益气化湿解毒汤对宫颈炎伴HPV感染中医症候评分及HPV转阴率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气化湿解毒汤对宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的中医症候评分及HPV转阴率的影响。方法:选择2013年7月—2014年6月收治的宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者98例,应用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,两组各49例。对照组应用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用益气化湿解毒汤治疗。2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后进行评估。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、中医症候评分及HPV转阴率。结果:观察组总有效率为87.76%(43/49),高于对照组77.55%(38/49),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者带下、阴部瘙痒、小腹坠痛或隐痛、小便短赤、舌质和脉象评分分别为1.23±0.12、1.20±0.09、1.09±0.11、1.10±0.07、0.76±0.06和0.52±0.06,均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组6个月HPV转阴率为75.51%(37/49),高于对照组63.27%(31/49),观察组6个月复发率为10.20%(5/49),低于对照组22.45%(11/49),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出现不良反应6.12%(3/49),低于对照组14.29%(7/49),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气化湿解毒汤治疗宫颈炎伴HPV感染具有较好的临床治疗效果,可明显改善患者中医症候评分,提高HPV转阴率。Objective：To explore the influence of Yiqi Hnashi Jiedu Decoction on TCM symptom score and HPV turn rate of cervicitis with human papilloma virus （HPV） infection. Methods： During July 2013 to June 2013 in our hospital, 98 cases of patients with cervicitis with HPV infection, according to the random number table method,were divided into control group and observation group, 49 cases in each. Control group used the routine treatment and the observation group on the basis of routine treatment added Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction. 2 weeks was a period of treatment and the assess- ment was carried out after 2 treatment courses. Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients, TCM symptom score and HPV turn rate. Results ： The observation group＇s total effective rate was 87.76% （43/49）, higher than 77.55% （38/49） of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores, vaginal itching, dragging pain or dull pain, scanty dark urine, tongue and pulse on leucorrhea down of the observation group were 1.23 ± 0.12,1.20 ± 0.09,1.09 ± 0.11,1.10 ± 0.07,0.76 ± 0.06 and 0.52 ± 0.06,lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Observation group＇s six months HPV overcast rate was 75.51% （37/49） ,higher than 63.27% （31/49） of the control group. The observation group＇s Six months recurrence rate was 10.20% （ 5/49 ） ,lower than 22.45 % （ 11/49 ） of the control group with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Observation group＇s adverse reaction was 6.12% （3/49）, lower than 4.29% （7/49） of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of cervicitis with HPV infection has good clinical effect and can significantly improve the patients＇TCM symptom score as well as improve the rate of HPV overcast.
