复方绞芪方抗大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方绞芪方对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)大鼠的影响,探讨其防治NASH的机制。方法:采用高脂高糖饮食喂养12周诱导SD大鼠建立NASH大鼠模型,同时用不同剂量复方绞芪方治疗,观察其对NASH大鼠肝指数、血清肝功能、血脂、血糖的影响;常规HE染色观察肝组织的病理改变并计算NAFLD活动度积分(NAS)。结果:模型组大鼠的肝指数、血清ALT、AST、GLU、LDL-C水平较正常组明显增加;而血清HDL-C水平显著下降;同时NAS计分明显升高。应用复方绞芪方进行干预后,大鼠NAS计分较模型组大鼠显著降低,肝功能、血糖明显改善,血清CHOL、TG、LDL-C水平不同程度下降同时HDL-C明显升高。结论:复方绞芪方能改善肝脏病理组织学变化,明显降低NAFLD活动度积分(NAS),这可能是其治疗高脂高糖饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的作用机制之一。Objective：To observe the effects of Compound Jiaoqi Formula on studying the rats with non - alcoholic steatohepatitis （NASH） and inquire into its mechanism of preventing and treating NASH. Method： The model of non - alcoholic steatohepatitis was induced by high fat and sugar diet to SD rats for twelve weeks, treated by different doses of Compound Jiaoqi Formula. Determine rats＇liver index,liver function, lipids and blood sugai. The pathological changes of liver tissue were observed with HE staining to calculate NAFLD activity score. Result： In model group,liver index, serum ALT,AST,GLU and LDL - C levels were increased and serum HDL - C level was decreased and the NAFLD activity scores of rats were significantly higher compared with the normal. The NAFLD activity score,liver function, blood sugar, serum TG, CHOL and LDL - C levels in Chinese medicine compound groups were all improved and HDL - C level was in- creased. Conclusion： Compound Jiaoqi Formula can improve the liver tissue pathology and reduce the NAFLD activity scores of rats. This may be one of the treatment mechanisms of high fat and sugar diet - induced non - alcoholic steatohepatitis.
