摘  要:目的:制备一种治疗软组织损伤的纯中药贴剂—消肿止痛巴布剂。方法:采用正交设计,以消肿止痛巴布剂中延胡索乙素、三七皂苷R1的量为考察指标,测定不同提取工艺样品中延胡索乙素、三七皂苷R1含量,确定最佳提取工艺,然后将药用高分子材料均匀分散在溶剂中待完全溶胀后,与药物浸膏混合均匀后,65℃保温放置一段时间后,涂铺在无纺布上,剪切制成巴布剂并做安全性实验。结果:正交实验结果表明最佳提取方案为A2B3C2,即加4倍量70%乙醇,回流30 min。家兔及豚鼠皮肤安全性实验证明该药无刺激性和过敏性。结论:本贴剂工艺合理,是安全、使用方便的新型外用药物。Objective :To prepare an externally - applied TCD patch Xiaozhong Zhitong cataplasm. Method: The optimum ethanolic technology was investigated by the orthogonal test with the contents of tetrahydropalmatine and Panax notoginseng saponins R1 as the indicators. The raw materials were turned into extract TCD by a serial of modern treatment technology: extraction, condense, purification. Meanwhile ; the pharmaceutical polymers were uniformly dispersed into the solvents. After swelled completely, the extract TCD and the dilution from the above - mentioned process were put together to form the TCD cataplasm. And then under 65℃ for a while,it was coated on non -woven fabrics. The product was obtained after shearing and the corresponding safety experiments were applied to the animals' skin. Result : The optimal extraction technique was to reflux extract with four -fold amount of 70% alcohol for 30 min. The safety experimental results showed that it has neither stimulating function nor allergy -inducing response. Conclusion:The Xiaozhong Zhit.ong cataplasm was a newly externally- applied TCD cataplasm which could be used safely and handily.
