经带宁胶囊配合中医定向透药治疗仪治疗痛经126例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察经带宁胶囊配合中医定向透药治疗仪治疗痛经的临床治疗效果。方法:全部患者根据中医辨证分型,分为气血瘀滞型(A)、寒湿凝滞型(B)、气血亏虚型(C)、肝郁湿热型(D)、肝肾亏虚型(E),均口服经带宁胶囊配合中医定向透药治疗仪治疗后,进行回顾性分析。结果:治疗3月后,126例患者中A型26例:治愈11例,好转13例,总有效率为92.31%;B型26例:治愈9例,好转14例,总有效率为88.46%;C型23例:治愈3例,好转9例,总有效率为52.17%;D型27例:治愈14例,好转12例,总有效率为96.30%;E型24例:治愈2例,好转10例,总有效率为50%。A、B、D组治愈34例,好转39例,总有效率92.41%。全部患者治愈39例,好转58例,总有效率为76.98%。痛经和其他临床症状都有所改善。结论:经带宁胶囊配合中医定向透药治疗仪治疗气血瘀滞型、寒湿凝滞型及肝郁湿热型痛经效果显著,具有很好的治疗效果。Objectlve：To observe the clinical efficacy on dysmenorrhea treated with Jingdaining capsule and physical therapy. Methods ： 126 patients of dysmenorrhea were randomized into five types. They were given Jingdaining capsule and physical therapy. It lasted 3 months. Results：39 patients were cured,58 cases were improved,the total effective rate was , 76.98%. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy on dysmenorrhea treated with Jingdaining capsule and physical therapy is much better,deserving to be promoted in application.
