产品保证维修站点层级布局的研究

摘  要:产品保证售后服务的效率对于消费者的购买决定起到至关重要的作用。而采取良好的维修布局方式不仅能为消费者提供充分的售后维修服务,还能为企业有效降低维修设施布局的成本。就此问题,基于相关文献的研究,提出了产品保证下维修站点的层级布局模型。该模型结合设施布局的模型以及LORA的分析方法,并考虑了符合实际情况的转运因素等对设施进行合理的布局。针对该模型属于NP-hard问题,文章采用了模拟退火改进后的遗传算法对此问题进行求解,并在随机的算例下得出设施布局的满意结果以及每级别设施所配备的设备和资源。文章提出的模型及其算法具有可行性和一般性,可为产品保证下维修站点的层级布局方式提供依据,具有一定的实际意义。The efficiency on product warranty after-sale service played a very critical role in the customers decisions on buying. Adopting a good way to allocate the maintenance facilities not only provided customers with sufficient after-sale services, but could decrease its cost for the manufactures. Focusing on this problem, based on relevant researching on previous literatures, this paper puts forward a multi-echelon location-allocation model for allocating warranty maintenance facilities. This model combines location-allocation models with LORA, and takes product transshipments which match the reality into consideration. Because this model belongs to the NP-hard problem,this paper adopts simulated annealing genetic algorithm to solve a random case, achieving the satisfactory solution on how to locate the facilities and how to arrange relevant devices and sources on each echelon. Because of its feasibility and generality, this model and its solution that can be used as the basis on warranty maintenance facilities allocating have practical implications.
