质量承诺对农产品供应链企业财务绩效影响的实证研究

摘　　要：根据信息经济学理论,分析了农产品市场中质量安全事件多发的深层原因,从信号传递角度,构建了农产品企业质量承诺与财务绩效关系的概念模型,并以质量承诺实施为调节变量进行了多群组分析。通过对盐城市183家农业龙头企业和专业合作社的问卷调查进行实证分析发现,质量承诺对农产品供应链企业财务绩效没有直接影响,但间接影响显著,并识别出质量承诺影响企业财务绩效的3条路径。质量承诺行为既有助于生产者实现产品信息传递,又有助于交易者进行生产商甄别,本研究为质量承诺行为的实施和监管提供了一定的理论依据。According to the theory of information economics, the deep reasons of the quality and safety of agricultural products market event are analyzed. A conceptual model of the relationship between financial performance and the agricultural product quality commitment is constructed from the perspective of signal transmission, and the quality commitment implement as regulating variable are analyzed in multiple groups. Through a questionnaire empirical analysis of 183 agricultural leading enterprises and professional cooperatives in Yancheng city, it is found that the financial performance of agricultural products supply chain enterprises has no direct relationship to its quality commitment,but indirectly affected significantly. Three paths of quality commitment＇s influence on enterprise＇ s financial performance are identified. Quality promise behavior not only helps producers realize the product information transmission, but also will help traders identify manufacturers. This study provides certain theoretical basis for the implementation of the quality promise behavior and regulation.
