摘  要:为了探讨不同饲喂方式对梅花鹿生长性能、营养物质消化率及血液生化指标的影响,将15头12月龄雌性梅花鹿随机分成3组,每组5头。对照组A组采用先粗后精的饲喂方式;试验B组采用先精后粗的饲喂方式;试验C组采取全混合日粮(TMR)的饲喂方式。结果表明,C组梅花鹿的末体重显著高于A组(P<0.05),C组梅花鹿的平均日增重显著高于A组及B组(P<0.05);C组梅花鹿的干物质消化率、粗蛋白质消化率、中性洗涤纤维消化率、钙消化率及磷消化率均显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05);B组、C组梅花鹿的血糖含量及血清尿素氮含量显著低于A组(P<0.05)。TMR饲喂方式能够提高梅花鹿日增重,改善瘤胃发酵,提高日粮营养物质利用率,是梅花鹿养殖中值得推广的饲喂方式。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different feeding models on production performance, nutrient digestibility and blood parameters in female sika deer.Fifteen female sika deer at the age of 12- month- old were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 repli- cates per group. Deer in Group A, Group B and Group C were fed by the patterns of roughage before concentrate, concentrate before roughage and total mixed ration(TMR)diet,respectively. The result showed that final body weight of deer in Group C was significantly higher than that of Group A( P 〈 O. 05). Besides, average daily gain of deer in Group C was improved significantly compared with Group A and B( P 〈 O. 05). The digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber, Ca and P in Group C were greater than those in groups A and B( P 〈0.05). The content of GLU and SUN in groups B and C was decreased compared to Group A. The results indicated that average daily gain, numinal fermentation, nutrient digestibility of deer could be improved by feeding pattern of TMR.
