摘 要:大型电子装备具有集成化、模块化、层次化的特点,测试诊断困难,因此,提出一种层次测试性建模分析方法。装备的测试性要素进行层次性划分,分析并确立层内关系和层间关系,建立装备的层次测试性模型。依据该模型可对装备的不同层次进行测试性建模和诊断分析,通过层内关系可将故障隔离至本层模块,使用层间关系对故障模块继续深入诊断,将故障隔离至底层部件,实现层次化的诊断设计;在维修级别中诊断的故障层次发生变化时,故障的层次性能够灵活地对这一情况进行建模。以某装备为例进行分析,验证了该方法的适用性及有效性。Large electronic equipment is hard to test and diagnose because of the characters of integrated,hierarchical and modular,so a hierarchy testability model is proposed to compartmentalize the testability elements,the relationships within the hierarchy and between hierarchies are established. Using this method to model and analyze the different hierarchies of equipment,using the two relations and the fault can be isolated in this hierarchy,if there has an fault module that can be isolated to bottom subassembly,the hierarchy testability model can achieve the hierarchical diagnose. When hierarchical fault is changed in maintenance level,this hierarchical model can describe the circs correctly. Finally,one system of equipment was taken for example to analysis,and verified the applicability and effectiveness of the method.
