摘　　要：通过对爆炸式催泪弹非致命效应各影响因素的研究,提出了对爆炸式催泪弹非致命效应评价的方法,建立了以非致命效应为核心的评价指标体系。将未确知测度数学模型应用到非致命效应的效能评估中,对爆炸式催泪弹的非致命效应进行了综合评估。为爆炸式催泪弹的科学使用及优化改进提供了决策依据。This article presents an evaluation method for non-lethal effect on explosive type tear gas grenade through the study on influencing factors of non-lethal effect of explosive type tear gas grenade and establishes the evaluation index system by centering on the non-lethal effect. The unascertained measure model is applied to the efficiency evaluation of the non-lethal effect and carries out a comprehensive evaluation of non-lethal effect on explosive type tear gas grenade which provides a decision basis for reasonable utilization and further improvement of explosive type tear gas grenade.
