防风白术散穴位贴敷对脑瘫患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察防风白术散穴位贴敷对脑瘫患者免疫功能的影响。方法将60例脑瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规康复训练治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用防风白术散贴敷双侧足三里、脾俞及肺俞治疗。两组患者治疗前后分别检测血清Ig G、Ig M、Ig A和血清补体C3、C4,并进行统计分析。结果治疗组治疗后血清Ig G、Ig M、Ig A指标与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清Ig G、Ig M、Ig A指标与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组不同年龄段、不同性别及不同脑瘫类型患者治疗后血清Ig G、Ig M、Ig A和血清补体C3、C4指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论防风白术散穴位贴敷能提高脑瘫患者的免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application of Fangfeng Baishu San on immunologic function in patients with cerebral palsy. Methods Sixty patients with cerebral palsy were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The control group received routine rehabilitation training and the treatment group, application of Fangfeng Baishu San on bilateral points Zusanli, Pishu and Feishu in addition. Serum IgG, IgM, IgA, C3 and C4 were measured in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Statistical analysis was made. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in serum IgG, IgM and IgA in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in serum IgG, IgM and IgA between the treatment and control groups （P〈0.01）. There were no statistically significant post-treatment differences in serum IgG, IgM, IgA, C3 and C4 between the patients with different ages, sexes or CP types （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application of Fangfeng Baishu San can improve immunologic function in patients with cerebral palsy.
