摘  要:微博直播庭审作为司法审判机关在依法治国、推进法治中国建设的历史条件下创新审判工作的重要举措,是微博媒体与庭审审判之于法治教育的时代耦合,生成了法治教育的一种新常态——微博直播庭审法治教育。微博直播庭审法治教育是以微博媒体为载体的大众教育、以庭审进程为内容的说案教育、以司法公开为形式的开放教育和以公众互动为特质的交往教育,本质上蕴涵着促进个体的法人(法治人格)化、司法的合法化和法治文化的社会化的内在价值。在建设法治中国的进程中,通过开通司法微博,建设教育平台;深入司法公开,规范教育内容;践行司法群众路线,强化教育互动;加强司法队伍建设,提供教育保障,为微博直播庭审法治教育价值功能的实现开辟崭新路径。Twitter trail live, as an important measure of innovation trial work by Judicial organs under the historical conditions of governing the country according to law and promoting to construct the rule of law in China, is the age coupling of the rule of law education between twitter media and court trial. It generates a new normal education of the rule of law--the education of the rule of law by twitter trail live.The education of the rule of law by twitter trail live is the masses education which has a carrier of twitter, the said case education for trial process, the open education in the form of judicial publicity and the communication education with characteristics of public interaction. There are three value functions on it. Firstly, It can promote the formation of individual personality of the rule of law. Secondly, it can make the justice be legal. Thirdly, it can lead to the socialization of the rule of law culture.To realize these values in the process of constructing the country under the rule of law, we should open judicial twitter to build a platform for education, expend judicial public to standardize the education content, practise the mass line of judicial to enhance education communication, and strengthen judicial team construction to provide education guarantee, etc.
