摘 要:为给有关5-羟基糠醛在双液相中液液相平衡研究提供依据,用平衡釜法测定了正丁醇+水体系和正丁醇+氯化钠+水体系在313.15、323.15、333.15 K的液液平衡数据,并用NRTL方程对数据进行了关联。结果表明,不同体积比的正丁醇和水对液液相平衡影响不大;NRTL方程得到的计算值和实验值的均方根误差小于1.82%,说明NRTL方程对该二元体系有较好的适用性;正丁醇在水相中含量减小的原因是由氯化钠加入产生的盐析效应造成的。Liquid-liquid equilibrium data in N-butanol and water system and N-butanol, sodium chloride and water system at313.15 K, 323.15 K and 333.15 K using balance kettle method for providing liquid-liquid phase equilibrium research basis of 5-hydroxy furfural in double liquid, then used NRTL equation for data association. The results showed that different volume ratio of Nbutyl alcohol and water had a little effects on liquid-liquid phase equilibrium; root mean square error of NRTL equation calculation value and experimental value were less than 1.82%, which showed the NRTL equation had better applicability for the binary system;N-butanol content in water phase decreased reason was caused by salting-out effect produced by sodium chloride.
