摘 要:应用RAPD技术对初选的金柑24个不同优良单株进行RAPD分析,揭示其亲缘关系和遗传多样性,以期从分子水平上对金柑不同优良单株进行分类鉴定,并结合不同优良单株的特性,筛选高品质的品种,从而提高育种效率、扩展育种目标。研究结果表明,少核与无核品种(10个单株)均聚于I类,早熟品种(4个单株)除样株125外,均聚于II类,滑皮品种(5个单株)除样株233外,同聚于Ib亚类,说明RAPD标记与金柑果实核的多寡、皮的糙滑等表型性状,以及早熟与否之间存在一定的相关性。但在筛选的17个随机引物标记中,没有发现与金柑果实表型性状以及早晚熟相关的特异位点。In our paper genetic relationship and diversity of 24 superior lines of kumquat were revealed by RAPD analysis in order to classify and identify them at molecular level and screen high quality varieties for high effciency breeding and more breeding aims. The results showed that few seed and seedless varieties including ten lines were clustered into I branch; early maturing vaireities (Four lines) were eluested into II branch except sample 125; varieties with smooth peel (Five lines) were clustered into Ib sub-branch except sample 233. It showed that there were certain relations between RAPD analysis and some phenotypic characters such as seed number, peel smoothness and early maturing. However, there was no specific locus of screened 17 random primers related to phenotypic characters and early maturing of fruits.
