摘　　要：目的 :为了解决便携和车载使用的问题,研制一种便携式氧气湿化瓶。方法 :整体采用双层旋紧可分离结构,外壳由透明材料制成,内胆采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)疏水性空气滤膜制成,并采用3层结构设计,使内胆在任意方向都能使氧气透过空气滤膜进入外壳瓶体内。结果:湿化瓶可以任意位置放置,保证了患者不间断吸氧,提高了设备运行的可靠性,达到了预期效果。结论:该湿化瓶整体结构简单、制作成本较低、便于使用维护、易于携带,优于现有技术的湿化瓶,在便携给氧和急救领域应用效果显著,可以推广应用。Objective To develop a portable oxygen moisture bottle. The bottle adopted a double-tightened and separate structure, whose shell was made of transparent materials. Methods The inner liner was made of PTFE hydrophobic mem-brane filter, which applied a 3-layer structure to inlet oxygen into the shell through the air membrane filter at all directions. Results The bottle had no requirements for site and high reliability, and the desired use for continuous oxygen inhalation was realized. Conclusion The bottle has a simple structure, low cost, easy maintenance and high portability, and gains ad-vantages over the traditional one.
