摘　　要：简要介绍了PTA生产工艺及市场情况,认为无论是氧化工序还是精制工序,通过优化传统溶剂置换工艺,都能克服传统PTA生产工艺存在的流程繁琐、物耗能耗高、稳定性差等缺点;优化溶剂置换工艺在氧化工序中逐步推广而在精制工序中则已广泛应用,二者都取得了较好的社会、经济效益。The technology process and market conditions of purified terephthalic acid （PTA） were briefly intro- duced. The application of solvent displacement technology to PTA production results in lowering material loss and compacting process layout and having higher reliability. The solvent displacement technology has been gradually ap- plied to the oxidation process and refining process, which have achieved good social and economic benefits.
