摘  要:根据涤纶短纤维生产中纺丝组件的使用现状,分析了组件上机品质的影响因素,提出了解决措施。纺丝组件中漏浆和组件清洗效果差是影响组件上机品质的主要因素,组件上盖及分配板变形导致了组件漏浆。定期对变形的分配板及上盖进行修磨,优化喷丝板的超声波清洗工艺及吹扫程序,增加碱洗工序等,组件上机品质明显提高。The factors affecting the spinpack quality were analyzed based on the running situation of spinpack during polyester staple fiber production. The resolution measures were put forward. The main factors were considered as the leakage and the poor cleaning effect of the spinpack. The leakage resulted from the deformation of the upper cover and distributing plate of the spinpack. The quality of the spinpack can be considerably improved by termly grinding the deformed upper cover and distributing plate, optimizing the ultrasonic cleaning process and purging operation and applying an alkali washing process.
