摘  要:国道108线某中桥的20米预应力混凝土空心板底部出现了纵向裂缝,经专业检测,并对设计、施工做了详细了解,找出了产生裂缝的原因是施工工艺不当。针对空心板下缘裂缝影响结构的耐久性,提出了对空心板下缘的裂缝进行灌浆、碳纤维布封闭的加固措施,使预应力混凝土空心板表面裂缝得到了有效控制,防止了混凝土表面裂缝的扩大和再次发生。Longitudinal cracks appeared on the bottom of 20m prestressed concrete hollow slabs of some bridge in 108 national road, these cracks were caused by improper construction process after detailed understanding on design and constructing. The existing cracks on hollow slabs won't affect bearing performance of structure obviously, but will affect the durability of structure. Author used reinforcing measures such as filling and sealing with carbon cloth to control surface cracks of prestressed concrete hollow slabs effectively, prevent expansion and recurrence of surface cracks on the concrete.
