摘  要:介绍了DEH 3种典型的汽轮机防超速功能,结合甩负荷试验,描述了每种防超速功能的正确动作过程,给出了相应的失效案例。通过分析指出,防超速功能失效多发生在汽轮机控制系统改造或改型、汽轮机液压调节系统改造、防超速功能逻辑或定值修改后以及甩负荷前静态仿真试验未进行等情况下,建议要慎重对待汽轮机控制系统改造与定值修改工作,在甩负荷试验之前应通过静态试验对防超速功能进行检查。The paper introduces three typical overspeSd prevention functions of steam turbine. In combination with load shedding test, the paper describes the correct action process of each overspeed prevention function and gives corresponding failure cases. Through analysis, the paper points out that the failure of overspeed prevention mostly occurs after the control system of steam turbine is retrofitted or remodeled, steam turbine hydraulic governing system is retrofitted, logic or setting value modified and absence of static simulation test prior to load shedding. This paper suggests being serious about control system retrofit of steam turbine or setting value modification; moreover, checking overspeed prevention function through static simulation test before load shedding test is conducted.
