摘　　要：重点介绍了铜街子电站增改过程中的发电机定子、支持盖与转轮室的同心度的关键问题处理方法,即增容改造过程中,通过改进工序流程,以转轮室中心为基准,准确高效地找正了支持盖、主轴密封、水导轴承、推力支架及定子中心,确保发电机定子、支持盖与转轮室的同心度满足要求,为机组今后安全稳定运行提供保证。In the capacity expansion upgrading of Tongjiezi Hydropower Station, the concentricity of the generator stator, support cover and runner chamber is of great importance.An improved process flow is thus proposed, in which the cen-ters of the support cover, main shaft seal, thrust truss and the stator are adjusted accurately and efficiently based on the center of the runner chamber.Eventually, the requirement on the concentricity of the generator stator, support cover and runner chamber is satisfied, which ensures the safe and stable operation of the units.
