摘  要:颗粒增强复合材料在细观上可以看作由夹杂相、基体相以及过渡区三相组成.考虑界面过渡区材料非均匀特性的影响,提出了预测颗粒增强复合材料等效体积模量的三相复合球模型,并推导出了其模型等效体积模量的解析表达式.在不考虑过渡区的情况下,等效体积模量的表达式可以退化到已有文献中两相模型的结果.混凝土算例表明,提高夹杂相的体积分数、模量或增加过渡区的厚度都可以提高颗粒增强复合材料的等效体积模量.所提模型和相应结论可为颗粒增强复合材料的设计提供参考.At a microscopic level,the particle- reinforced composite is considered as a three- phase material with an inclusion phase,a matrix phase and an inter- facial transition zone( ITZ). The influence of the heterogeneity of the ITZ is considered. A three- phase composite sphere model is presented for the prediction of the effective bulk modulus of particle- reinforced composites and an analytic expression for the effective bulk modulus of a particle- reinforced composite is derived. At the absence of the ITZ,the corresponding expression reduces to the previous two- phase model results reported in literature. Our results which take concrete for an analysis example indicate that increasing the volume fraction or modulus of inclusion and ITZ's thickness can increase the effective bulk modulus of the particle- reinforced composites. The corresponding results of our model can provide a reference for the design of the particle- reinforced composites.
