摘  要:枸杞是一种耐盐耐旱植物,因其果实艳丽的外表而被作为一种观赏植物.枸杞果实在中医学方面应用广泛,有着良好的养生效果,常可作为中药药材,枸杞也可以当做食物食用,因此枸杞具有较高的经济价值.枸杞光合能力则直接影响枸杞的经济效用,而影响其光合作用的主要因素是环境条件.本文从盐胁迫、水分胁迫、土壤温度以及CO2等方面概述了枸杞光合特性对环境条件的响应,具体分析了枸杞光合气体交换参数、叶绿素荧光动力学参数、光合色素方面在不同环境下受到的影响,盐胁迫抑制枸杞光合作用,且由于枸杞的不同生长发育阶段对盐胁迫的抗性有显著差异,叶绿素含量具有一定的季节动态;外援物质能调节和改变枸杞的抗胁迫能力;气温升高和干旱胁迫的交互作用降低宁夏枸杞净光合速率.在短时间内CO2浓度升高对枸杞光合作用起促进作用,而长期CO2浓度倍增抑制光合速率.在这些研究基础上提出未来研究应关注的问题.Lycium barbarum L.is a kind of resistance to salt , drought tolerant plants , for the fruit gorgeous appearance as an ornamental plant .The fruit of L.Barbarum is used in traditional L.Barbarum to keep people ’ s health,often can be used as medicine ,Chinese wolfberry can also be as food to eat ,so L.Barbarum has high economic value.L.Barbarum photosynthetic ability directly affects the economic utility of L.Barbarum,and the main factor that affects the photosynthesis is environmental conditions .This paper summarized the L.Barbarum the photosynthetic physiological response to environmental conditions , analyzed the L.Barbarum photosynthetic gas exchange parameters ,chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics and photosynthetic pigment under the influence of the different environmental factorsand put forward the problems should be focused on the future research .The result showed that physiological responses of L.Barbarum under soil salt stress was inhibited .The salt tolerance was significant differences among different growth stages;Chlorophyll contents had seasonal dynamics;Exogenous substances could adjust and change stress tolerance of L.Barbarum.Interaction of elevating temperature and drought stress reduced net photosynthetic rate .Elevating CO 2 concentratio could increase the net photosynthesis rate.The doubled atmospheric CO 2 concentration treatments reduced net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of L.Barbarum significantly,but increased intercellular CO2 concentration,water use efficiency and stomatal conductance .
