村级基层组织民主管理的探析

摘　　要：民主管理是推进社会主义新农村建设的重要保障。随着社会主义新农村建设的不断推进,新形势新任务对村级基层组织民主管理提出了更高的要求。文章以村务公开、民主决策、民主事务管理和监督机制运行等方面为切入点分析了村级民主管理的现状,为村级民主管理提出:村级事务透明化、加强民主决策制度建设、提高村民民主意识,推进监督民主化等对策建议。With new socialist rural construction being promoted, the grassroots organization is facing more and more chances as well as challenges, and meanwhile, its democratic management needs much higher levels. In view of this, this paper, from the perspectives of village affairs opening, democratic decision-making, democratic affair management and supervisory mechanism operation, analyzes the current situations, the problems and conflicts existing in the course of Mayan＇s democratic management so as to explore some solutions. Some referrible countermeasures on how to manage the village of Mayan democratically are put forward from the aspects of improving villagers＇ democratic consciousness, optimizing the village＇s democratic management and strengthening its democratic political construction.
