摘　　要：选取新疆克拉玛依油田井块,利用自主筛选的具有显著降粘特性的稠油降粘菌株BT-003进行微生物采油的现场应用试验。现场共应用10余井次,累计增油量达1 500多吨,措施有效率达85%,油井增油效果明显,降低了生产成本,施工方便。Oil well districts were selected in Karamay and the field application test of MEOR were carried out with the BT-003 strain which was screened independently and can signifi cantly reduce the viscosity of oil.Field application was tested more than 10 wells.More than 1 500 t of crude oil has been increased and the effective rate was 85 %.The cost of produce was reduced and construct convenience.
