摘  要:长庆油田套管气回收方式主要采用打气泵抽气、单独铺设集气管线及同步回转油气混输装置等方式[1]。本文以含气油井作为研究对象,通过理论公式与现场实验进行对比,得出红井子采油作业区池97区块油井泵口压力。在油井泵口压力设定值内利用控制套管压力生产实现对油井最大回收套管气,减少中间流程上抽气、回收套管气环节,减少设备投资,实现最大经济效益化。The casing gas recovery is based on pump pumping,gas pipeline and synchronal rotaryby oil gas mixing transportation in Changqing oilfield.This paper studies the contained gas wells.Comparing the theoretical formula and the field experiment, the oil well pump out- let pressure can be figured out in Chi 97 block,Hongjingzi oil production zone. The pressure of oil well need be controlled within the set values,which can be recycled in maximum by controllig the pressure of casing gas so that the intermediate flow pumping gas,the recovery of casing gas and the equipmet investment can be decreased to realize the maximization of econmic benefits.
