摘  要:为降低直齿轮精锻成形载荷,提高锻件精度和模具寿命,文章在对闭式锻造成形载荷影响因素分析的基础上,提出在保证齿形充填的同时对中心部位分流降压的成形思路。设计了直齿轮预锻预制分流孔、终锻分流成形的工艺和装置,并采用有限元软件和实验方法分析了该工艺对金属流动和成形载荷的影响。结果表明,该工艺能够通过控制坯料在模腔中的流动,在较小的成形载荷下获得充填完好的锻件。In order to reduce the precision forging load of spur gears and improve the dimensional accuracy of the forged part and tool life, a forming method of spur gear was put forward based on the analysis of the influence on load in closed die forging, by which the teeth were filled well and the divided flow hole was made in the preforming to reduce final forging load. The new form- ing process and die-sets were developed, and a divided flow hole was formed by pre-forging and it was benefit to reducing the final forging load. The influence of new process on the metal flow and load requirements was studied through finite element simulation and experiment. The results show that the metal flow can be controlled by the special design, and the well-shaped product can be forged successfully using a lower forging load than that of conventional forging method.
