摘  要:针对热冲压成形淬火后的制件,采用模具修边的方式研究其修边工艺。根据热冲压钢淬后的组织、力学特性和不同修边工艺参数组合的要求,设计并制作了一套多功能修边实验模具。系统研究了修边速度、修边间隙、修边角度和修边刀刃锐度等工艺参数对修边质量和修边力的影响。通过数字图像处理技术提取了断面的轮廓形状,并定量分析了断面的四个典型区域。结果表明,采用小间隙或小角度修边容易形成先凹后凸的断裂路径,凸出部分易与上模侧壁相互作用形成二次光亮带,从而降低模具寿命;采用一定的修边角可显著提高修边断面质量;修边力与修边速度之间存在非单调性关系,可根据实际工作条件选择最佳的修边速度。The mechanical trimming process for hot stamped part after forming and quenching was experimental studied in this work. Based on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hot stamping material after quenching, a multifunctional trim- ming tool was designed and constructed to practice different trimming parameter combinations. A series of trimming tests were carried out to perform a systematic research on the effects of processing parameters to trimmed surface quality and trimming force, such as trimming clearance, trimming angle, blade sharpness and velocity, etc.. A digital image processing technology was em- ployed to extract the profile of trimmed fracture, where four typical fracture zones were analyzed quantitatively. The experiment results showed that : Tight trimming clearance and small trimming angle leaded to an "s" fracture surface, such profile could eas- ily squeeze the upper die surface and a notable secondary burnish areas were formed, meanwhile the working life of the upper die was decreased. The quality of the trimmed surface could be improved evidently if a proper trimming angle was adopted. Besides, it was interesting to note that the trimming force was not monotonically increased as the trimming velocity improved, which had an optimized value based on particular working situation.
